All prices are including VAT.

Please note the delivery times quoted are those given by the couriers we use, they may vary by exception, which is out of our control and in exceptional circumstances the couriers also.

When is the Order Cut-off Time for Same Day Dispatch?

At ABGO we understand the importance of our customer receiving their goods as quickly as possible, that’s why we despatch anything in stock ordered up until 4.30pm (Monday-Thursday) the same day. Cut-off for same day stocked items dispatch on Fridays is 4.00pm.

What If Some Items in my Order are Out of Stock?

Where items are in stock, but other items are out of stock (3-7 Day leatime) we will ship all goods in one shipment when available. Please call us to make any alternative arrangment to this.

Much Can I Expect To Pay For Delivery?

DPD Next Day Delivery

£8.95 Need a part tomorrow? No problem, we despatch anything in stock ordered up until 4.30pm (Monday-Thursday) the same day. Cut-off for same day stocked items dispatch on Fridays is 4.00pm.

Pricing is for mainland UK only and items over 30kg may cost more.

DPD Timed Delivery

For those extra urgent parts you need earlier in the day we offer a timed next day delivery service. The cut-off times for these orders is the same as standard next day parcels.

Royal Mail 48 Hour

£5.99 We send your package with 48 hour Servivce provided by the Royal Mail. The timing is not guaranteed and out of our control, and subject to external delays, traffic etc.

Free Delivery on Qualifying Orders

Free Delivery only applies to qualifying orders on normal DPD Next Day Delivery methods, not Premium Services. DPD Next Day is usually a Working Day, DPD may deliver Saturday or Sunday at Peak Times but this is not guaranteed unless paid for at point of order.

What Happens with Orders and Delivery at the Weekend?

We can still despatch for delivery at the weekends, however there is an additional charge for Saturday deliveries.

Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, for standard next day delivery, will be despatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

What if I Can’t be in to Sign for my Parcel?

With authorisation from you, we are able to tell the carrier to leave the parcel without a signature in a place requested by yourself. However, please note, we do not accept any responsibility for packages left without a signature. When delivered by DPD they offer facilities to re-direct your parcel and to arrange convenient local pick-up places and the option to send parcel at a more convenient time.

Identifying The Correct Spare Part

If I just have a part number is that enough?

Usually Yes, if the part is on our website then the part number you have will take you straight to the item you need – if it doesn’t we may still be able to get it for you, just contact us and we will try our best for you. Sometimes manufacturers make changes to numbers, we make every effort to keep the site as up to date as possible.

What if the part I want isn’t on your website?

Sadly we cannot provide every spare part available on our site. We keep as many of the common parts that we can from all the leading manufacturers.

Please contact us, either using the form provided on contact details, by telephone 01902 790 900 or email and our dedicated and friendly staff will help you. We will then be able to confirm what you require whether we have it in stock and make necessary arrangements for you.

I’m not sure of the part I require, what can I do?

Contact us either by telephone 01902 790 900 or email we can always send you a diagram to help you figure out the part needed. Alternatively, you can us a picture on WhatsApp 07956 182130 and we will try to match from that.

What if the part is not correct?

We make every effort to identify the correct part from the various information you provide and the questions we ask. Unfortunately, some products are sometimes difficult to identify but if it is wrong then please check the model and serial number again, contact us straight away and we will then try and get the correct part for you, and arrange the return of any incorrect parts.

How do I identify the model of my cooker or oven?

Please see the information detailed on cooker identification plate, this can be usually found on the rear of one of the cooker doors.

How do I identify the model of my boiler?

All cookers & boilers vary in where the data badge will be, but if you can find that it will have the model number on it or the GCN (Gas Council Number). Or if you have the user manual it may tell you in there.

What are the ABGO business office opening hours?

ABGO’s normal office opening hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Using Our Website

How do I get my usual prices when ordering?

Existing ABGO Customer Please register your details on the website, you will then get an activation email, once activated we will link your details to your specific pricing and we will treat your orders as we currently do. If you are a new customer, please follow the same steps and we will create a web account for you and apply trade pricing if applicable.

Can i apply for a credit account which can be used on the website?

Yes please email stating your interest and we will email you the relevant forms, once credit checks have been approved and your credit account has been setup your web account will change to reflect this. You will notice you do not get re-directed for payment once this is complete.

AGA Rangemaster

I’ve fitted a new gas safety valve to my AGA gas cooker and am having problems with the temperature.

AGA Rangemaster is aware of the problem fitting part number AG1M210175, causing issues with oven temperatures. There will be an expected loss of performance within the roasting oven. Once AGA Rangemaster have a resolution, they may ask for any faulty valves to be returned. Currently, the expected time for a solution is mid-November 2023.
