“Since departing Croft two weeks ago, Knockhill has been all I can think about, and I can’t wait to hit the track.” – Jake Hill.
Knockhill, the scene of Hill’s first-ever BTCC Win in 2019, has taken MB Motorsport to the podium in 2020 and 2021. With superb results last year, the Knockhill circuit also hosted one of the most exciting weekends of 2022.
The track is one of the shortest on the calendar and one of the most challenging. With its narrow and undulating layout, the 1.27-mile circuit in Fife, just north of Edinburgh, is loved by fans and racers alike.
Jake heads into round seven after a testing weekend at Croft last time out. Croft saw him take 25 hard-earned points and now sits 4th in the standings, 41 behind leader Ash Sutton.
In his WSR-run BMW 330e M Sport, Jake will be looking to replicate his 2022 performance at Knockhill this weekend as he aims to score big points and close the gap in the championship fight.
Make sure to join Jake Hill and the Laser Tools Racing with MB Motorsport team on their annual trip across the border into Scotland for round seven of the 2023 Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship at Knockhill Racing Circuit.
Races are scheduled for today, Sunday 13/08/23, @11:45 (BST), 14:40, and 17:20. All three races taking place on Sunday are available to watch live at https://www.itv.com/btcc
