Jake Hill, one of the most talented drivers on the BTCC grid, marked his most impressive season to date in 2021, claiming two race victories and nine podium finishes.
“We’re delighted to renew our partnership with Jake and ROKiT MB for the 2022 Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship.”
In this post, you’ll learn more about Jake Hill and why ABGO are so proud to be a part of the BTCC partnership with ROKiT MB Motorsport.
Jake’s career started with racing karts in 2002 and continued car racing at Snetterton in the Ginetta Junior Winter Series. Jake took three wins in his rookie season there in 2009.
He spent the 2010 racing season taking wins in Snetterton. After winning ten races that season, Jake finished runner-up and moved to the Ginetta GT SuperCup in 2011.
Jake’s sensational BTCC debut came in 2013 at Croft, winning his first race in the Jack Sears Trophy. He also claimed his first podium win in his second race.
In 2022, Jake is now driving West Surrey Racing’s BMW 330e M Sport (pictured), another step closer to a Championship victory.
ABGO, one of the UK’s leading heating specialist suppliers, has been partnering with Jake’s since being introduced by BTCC fan Mark Bingley of Ecoflam.
Here’s what Hill had to say,
I’m really proud to be representing ABGO. . . it’s been great having their guests join us. . . I’m excited to have their support.
ABGO’s general manager, Sean Fleming responded; “Jake is a hugely talented driver. . . we’re proud to be supporting him as he continues to progress his career in the BTCC.”
“We are buzzing to see how he fares behind the wheel of the BMW this year.”
